So this tutorial is a
intresting one because it does throttle the speed of the torrent but not to the
extent that it dispays anyways let start.( if you don't know what/ how to
torrent things look at my previous tutorial)
Step 1. Download cheat
engine here: http://adf.ly/czPxo then
install it.
Step 2. Start to download torrent file you can get them from here: http://thepiratebay.se/
once you download the file
run cheat engine.
Step 3. Go to the top
corner and select the program that you are using to download the torrent for
example Utorrent, bitcomet, ect once you have done that select enable speed
hack and then it will ask you If you want to something else say no and apply
and watch your download speed increase.
