How to increase internet and download speed

so basically what you are going to do is to search for device manager in the start menu.

Once you have found it run it as a Admin once you have finished both of these steps go to the device labeled Com Ports.

Then go to the first one on the list usually Com Port 1 and right click and go to advance once there change the bit rate to the maximum amount and click apply.

Basically what you have done is change the amount of data per packet you receive so you are receiving larger packets which make your download much faster.
