Today we will be talking about the newest tablets and which ones are a must buy with an exception of a few older ones. The tablets we will be talking about are the:

  • Atom Z2760 processor at 1.8Ghz
  • Cameras (Not Known)
  • 10hr battery life
  • Windows 8
  • Stylus
In the comparison I will be telling you what each tablet can be put to use for. In terms of the iPad Air it runs with an apple A7 processor and is modeled to be a high end family/fun tablet. The sleek design and lightweight make it and portable and easy to use. It is definitely made more for apps and video watching rather than business. In the end t isn't the most powerful tablet and easily can be replaced with tablets like the Samsung Tab 3 8.0. Running on Android Jellybean the Samsung Tab 3 comes with a dual core processor and has plenty of power to do everyday tasks especially coming in with a 9 hour battery life. The Samsung Tab 3 has a slightly better rear camera and the display while still HD is not as good as the iPad's retina display. The Samsung Tab 3 also comes with a good multitask tool which can be very useful if you doing things such as research and taking notes. Both are very good tablets but remember that the Samsung Tab 3 is cheaper and when it comes to these tablets it comes down to budget, opinion, and whichever operating system you would prefer.

When it comes to the Samsung Note 10.1 and the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 they both similar in features. They both have a 10.1" display with a resolution of 1280 x 800. They also both offer styluses and hold several business related applications. In terms of processors the Samsung Note has ARM cortex A9 processor at 1.4Ghz and the Lenovo Tablet 2 has a Atom Z2760 processor coming in at 1.8Ghz. In terms of battery life the Samsung Note crushes the Lenovo Tablet with an extra 5-10 hours more. Both have good cameras and the Samsung Note runs Android Ice Cream Sandwich while the Lenovo Tablet runs Windows 8. In the end the Lenovo has better power but is a little more expensive. In my opinion the Samsung Note 10.1 would be more effective for a student and the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 would be better for a business setting.

I hope this comparison helps you decide on a tablet and thanks for reading the post.
